consulting practice focused on the
needs of the community while
creating jobs. She has worked in
business, life sciences,
community organizing and clinical research industry (CRO and pharmaceutical) for more than 20 years; with the last ten years serving in various Leadership Project Management roles.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION | She has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Her leadership skills have consistently helped to foster collaborative team efforts, which ensure overall success.

She specializes in carrying out all aspects of a project and strategic relationship management from conception to execution, including robust financial management of projects ranging in scope of up to $25M fiscal impact. She’s received her B.S. from North Carolina State University. Served on Governor appointed boards addressing family and Exception Children services. She and her husband live in the Durham, NC and are the proud parents of two (2) amazing children.
